Looking at their performance in tests, there are certain areas where each tyre shines. The Nokian Powerproof impresses with its dry and wet braking, coming 2nd out of 50 tyres in the Autobild test. However, it has been noted for its delayed steering and reduced stability on dry roads, as well as its limited mileage and high price. Despite its weaknesses, it wins points for its good aquaplaning characteristics and convincing dynamic wet handling, and is rated 11th in the ADAC test mainly for the noise performance.
