We are going to compare two tyres: the Infinity Ecosis made by Infinity, and the Nexen N blue HD plus made by Nexen.
The Infinity Ecosis is a summer tyre that we rated at 48%. It did not originate from any former models, and currently, there is no new model that replaces it. In two separate tests done by Autobild and ADAC, the Ecosis held its own with rankings 12 out of 51 and 9 out of 16 correspondingly. With respect to strengths, the Ecosis performed particularly well in exterior noise. While this is a promising feature, it's also important to note that this tyre did not secure a top ten position across the board, and thus users may need to consider their particular needs and circumstances before choosing this tyre.
In comparison, the Nexen N blue HD plus is another summer tyre with a higher rating of 51%. Made in Korea, the Nexen N blue HD plus also doesn't have any predecessor or successor models. In the Autobild test, this tyre ranked 31 out of 51, and in the ADAC test, it secured the 13th out of 16 position. Although these rankings suggest it doesn't perform as well as the Ecosis in tests, its higher overall rating indicates its reliability and consistent performance.
Both of these tyres have their strengths: the Infinity Ecosis has excellent exterior noise ratings, and the Nexen N blue HD plus has a higher overall rating. However, the Infinity Ecosis typically performs better in tests.
In summary, the Ecosis can generally be better for users in need of a quieter ride, while the N nexen HD plus may be more reliable and consistent for general users.
